Adams and Reese director of human resources Linda Soileau, who serves as the co-chair of the Association of Legal Administrators’ Community Connections Committee, led an “Operation Backpack” drive for the organization to raise more than $4,000 in school supply purchases to provide under-privileged children with much needed school supplies through the Volunteers of America’s Lighthouse Afterschool Enrichment Program.
The New Orleans Chapter of the Association of Legal Administrators held an event on Saturday, November 15th, at Alice Hart Elementary School to serve pizza, cookies and drinks to 150 kids who walked through a decorated school cafeteria and chose backpacks full of new school supplies to replenish throughout the school year.
The Adams and Reese employee volunteer program, HUGS (Hope, Understanding, Giving, and Support), has devoted financial resources and thousands of volunteer hours to more than 200 community service organizations nationwide.
