Boult has served as a lead advisor on branding campaigns throughout Asia, Europe and North America; on establishing licensing and franchising networks for U.S. corporations in Europe and Asia; and on multi-jurisdictional IP litigation involving rights and registrations in dozens of countries. He has developed unique expertise in guiding U.S. corporations as they extend their brands into new markets and in suggesting practical, cost-effective strategies for doing so. As the challenges of regulatory compliance have proliferated, Boult also advises clients on E-commerce and data privacy issues, including the U.S.-EU Safe Harbor/Privacy Shield Framework, and similar topics.
