Adams and Reese attorney Jannea S. Rogers has earned the Certified Litigation Management Professional (CLMP) designation from the Claims & Litigation Management (CLM) Alliance. The designation follows her recent completion of the CLM’s 2016 Litigation Management Institute (LMI) program, a selective certification program that provides a comprehensive understanding of the business of litigation management.

Hosted at Loyola Law School in Chicago, the LMI is an intensive educational program geared toward attorneys and those in the litigation management field with 10 or more years of experience. The program consists of 11 courses taught by executives with extensive litigation management experience. The course curriculum bridges the gap between legal theory, litigation strategy and the business aspects of litigation management. Just 100 participants are admitted to the LMI program each year.

At Adams and Reese, Rogers is a partner on the Litigation Practice Team in the firm’s Mobile office. She also serves as firm Casualty and Coverage Team Leader. Rogers focuses her practice on defense in the areas of product and premises liability; professional malpractice including medical, architectural and engineering; D&O liability; and insurance coverage litigation, including bad faith. She handles all phases of representation from initial investigation through trial and appeal. She has engaged in civil litigation in Alabama, Florida and Georgia since 1989.

Rogers is a frequent speaker for legal and industry groups on a variety of practice area topics including electronic data management, mechanic liens, coverage issues, construction defect claims, trial tactics and legal surveys. In September, she attended the CLM 2016 Claims College in Baltimore, Maryland as well as spoke at the CLM National Construction Claims Conference in San Diego, California.
