Adams and Reese’s New Orleans Partner in Charge Johnny L. Domiano, Jr., has been named to the New Orleans Regional Leadership Institute (NORLI) 2017-18 class of 43 business, civic and community leaders throughout the 10-parish region.

As the preeminent regional leadership institute, NORLI provides a nine-month intensive training program for emerging and established community leaders. This rich and robust program, that is geographically, programmatically and demographically diverse, not only enhances the participants’ knowledge base, but also encourages deep, thoughtful, and meaningful dialogue on the key elements of building and maintaining thriving and healthy communities.

In the Greater New Orleans community, Domiano serves on the Jefferson Parish Chamber Board of Directors, its Executive Committee, the Chamber PAC and as Chairman of the Jefferson Chamber Government Committee. Domiano formerly served as Chairman of the Board and during his tenure, the Chamber earned the distinction as the leading Chamber in Louisiana.

Domiano joined the New Orleans office of Adams and Reese in 1996 and has developed extensive experience in many areas of the law, including commercial litigation, D&O liability, energy and maritime, product liability, securities litigation, franchise and shareholder disputes, and general casualty. Domiano assists clients in the development of risk management programs, the analysis of insurance programs and business interruption coverage, and the improvement of internal procedures. He also represents clients in the oil and maritime industries in defense of personal injury and death, pollution, and property damage claims. He is experienced in the drafting, negotiation and litigation of master service agreements, operating agreements, maritime and commercial contracts.
