Adams and Reese Partner and labor and employment attorney Brooke Duncan was interviewed in a Law360 article, “Lawyers Weigh In On NLRB Employer E-Mail Ruling,” which discussed Thursday’s ruling that the National Labor Relations Board held that workers have a right to use their employers' email systems for non-business purposes including communicating about union organizing.

Duncan said: “The labor board’s ruling that a union can hijack an employer’s email system is yet another example of the board straining every which way to shore up organized labor. It’s a very political decision and consistent with a board which under the current administration has adopted a palpably anti-employer agenda.”

Duncan regularly conducts labor and employment seminars and presentations for clients, employer groups, and trade associations. He is listed in Chambers USA, Best Lawyers® (by BL Rankings, LLC) and Louisiana Super Lawyers® (by Thomson Reuters).
