Adams and Reese Partner Lisa Merz Hedrick has been elected a board member of Turnaround Management Association Louisiana, a nonprofit comprised of turnaround and corporate renewal professionals to serve as a forum for corporate renewal professionals from all disciplines to promote high standards of practice and foster professional development.
Hedrick is also the founding co-chair of Turnaround Management Association – Louisiana’s NextGen chapter.
Globally, TMA has more than 9,300 members in 49 chapters.
At Adams and Reese, Hedrick serves on the firm’s Commercial Restructuring and Bankruptcy team, practicing in the areas of bankruptcy, general corporate and commercial litigation.
