The Adams and Reese Jackson office helped the Madison County School District fundraising team reach its fundraising goal of $1,000 to the “March for Babies” walk that took place on April 25 at Renaissance at Colony Park, as more than 3,000 people attended and close to $400,000 was raised to benefit Jackson babies.

To raise funds, the Adams and Reese Jackson office held a Jeans Day in support of the March of Dimes in Jackson. Jaime Dole, an Adams and Reese paralegal, works closely with Adams and Reese Partners Holmes Adams and John Hooks and employees of the Madison County School District. Shay Williamson, Human Resources Director for the Madison County School District, set a team fundraising goal of $1,000 in honor of her son, Sterling, who was born 8 weeks premature. Sterling was selected as one of the representative babies for the March of Dimes’ “March for Babies” event. Adams and Reese was able to push Shay over her goal amount when the Firm presented her a check for the March of Dimes in the amount of $400.

At Adams and Reese, the employee volunteer program, also known as HUGS (Hope, Understanding, Giving, and Support), was founded in 1988 and has since devoted financial resources and thousands of volunteer hours to offer assistance to those in need. Every year throughout all of Adams and Reese’s offices in its regional footprint, employees donate time and money to more than 200 community organizations in need.
