Since 1951, Adams and Reese has grown from one office in New Orleans to ten offices throughout the South Central United States. Two years after our successful merger with the 50-lawyer Birmingham firm, Lange Simpson Robinson and Somerville, Adams and Reese has entered the Nashville market with the completion of our merger with the prestigious Tennessee firm, Stokes Bartholomew. Adams and Reese opened a Memphis office in 2006 and now has offices in New Orleans, Baton Rouge, Birmingham, Houston, Jackson, Memphis, Mobile, Nashville, and Washington, D.C.

With attorneys and advisors situated in nine markets throughout the South Central United States and Washington, D.C., Adams and Reese works with companies, governmental entities and organizations in developing projects that generate new jobs, retain existing jobs and stimulate industrial and commercial growth. Our attorneys and advisors assist companies and site selectors with project development, expansions, restructurings, finance options, tax incentives, mergers, acquisitions, depositions, regulatory standards and administrative law.
