In a firm as large and fundamentally diverse as ours, coming together for the benefit of others is an opportunity for us to interact in ways that might not exist in the regular course of business. Our employees and attorneys have a sense of community spirit that keeps the program alive and, although the faces may change over the years, the fundamental commitment to volunteerism has become a characteristic of our firm's personality. This participation is not related to business or the law but is directed squarely to the human need. Whether in the form of special events or participation in agency-sponsored fundraisers, our employees and attorneys are known throughout the region and the nation for their community action. Adams and Reese is a proud recipient of the Excellence in Corporate Volunteerism Award by the Points of Light Foundation - for many years, the only law firm nationwide so honored.
