John F. Lyle III, Adams and Reese Special Counsel, is featured in the May 2004 edition of Business Alabama. Lyle authored the article, “Where Does My Business Go When I Die? Estate Planning for Your Business.”

He is admitted to practice in Alabama and Georgia.
Lyle received his Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts in Economics from the University of Alabama. He received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Alabama School of Law and his Master of Laws in Taxation from Emory University.
