Bedouin L. Joseph joined Adams and Reese in 2001 and is a member of the Environmental Litigation and Toxic Tort and Class Action Practice Groups. His wide-ranging litigation and business experience includes contracts, complex litigation, general litigation, environmental/toxic tort litigation, mergers, product liability, as well as admiralty/maritime law. 

 

He sees his most important role as an attorney to be, providing timely solutions that address difficult and potentially protracted challenges his clients encounter. He is admitted to practice law in Washington, DC, Florida, Louisiana and Texas.

 

His significant contributions include: 

  • Serving at the White House Office of Management and Budget (OMB) as a White House Fellow. The White House Fellows Program is regarded as the most prestigious leadership program in the country. In 2006, Mr. Joseph was one of only 14 men and women selected for the program, which offers participants first-hand experience working at the highest levels of the Federal government.
  • Being recognized as one of the "Top 25 Multicultural Leaders" by CityBusiness Magazine.
  • Holding an Unlimited Third Mate License with radar observer endorsement from the United States Coast Guard.
  • Being actively involved in the community through his volunteer efforts within the firm’s corporate philanthropy program, HUGS (Hope, Understanding, Giving and Support). He also dedicates numerous hours to pro bono work.

 

Bedouin served as a logistics and transportation officer in the Air National Guard, an ensign in the United States Navy MMR Program and as a combat medical corpsman in the United States Navy with the 3rd Combat Medical Battalion, United States Marine Corps Base, Camp Hansen, Okinawa, Japan

 

In addition to improving the world both inside and outside the courtroom, Bedouin enjoys a variety of leisure time activities from reading to flying.
