Ben Morgan joined Adams and Reese in 2010 in the Jackson office as an Associate in the Litigation Practice Team.

During law school, Ben served as Editor-in-Chief of the Mississippi College Law Review and graduated magna cum laude from Mississippi College School of Law. He also served as Magister of his school’s chapter of Phi Delta Phi Legal Fraternity.

Ben is currently serving on the Law-Related Education Committee for the Capital Area Bar Association. He recently served as an adjunct professor for appellate advocacy at Mississippi College School of Law for the 2011-2012 school year.

Ben's other representative attributes include:

  • Receiving American Jurisprudence awards for Civil Procedure, Business Association, Health Care, Construction Law and Trial Practice.
  • Served as Brief Writer for 2009-2010 National Appellate Advocacy Competition
  • Being named a Frisby Griffing Marble Scholar, Hederman Scholar and receiving the American Law Institute/American Bar Association Award.

In the community, Ben is actively involved with Highlands Presbyterian Church. While attending Mississippi College, he was a worship leader at Reformed University Fellowship.

Among the people Ben admires is his father, who taught him not only the value of an honest day’s work but the importance of working efficiently.

On the personal side, Ben enjoys spending time with his wife and son, and in his spare time, he enjoys playing various sports from basketball, tennis and golf to going hunting and fishing. He also enjoys woodworking.
