Brant Ryan joined Adams and Reese in 2009 and is a member of the firm’s health care practice team.
Brant represents hospitals, physician groups, imaging centers, hospice providers, clinical laboratories and a variety of other nationwide and local healthcare organizations. He develops policies for healthcare institutions and practitioners to meet state and federal regulatory standards in contracting and compliance. Brant prepares privacy and security agreements to comply with HIPAA and the HITECH Act as well as representing applicants at Certificate of Need hearings before the Mississippi State Department of Health. Brant represents clients in health care related litigation and disputes including Medicare and Medicaid overpayment audits.
In addition to his health care practice, Brant represents applicants and objectors in rezoning matters, and defends school districts in appeals of school disciplinary decisions.

Induction into the University of Southern Mississippi Hall of Fame. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communication from the University of Southern Mississippi in 2002.
Serving as an Associate Articles Editor of the Mississippi Law Journal.
Receiving the Mississippi Bar Association Health Law Award and the American Board of Trial Advocates Tom Mason Advocacy Award.
In his free time, Brant enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf, and following Southern Miss athletics.
