These findings, that comprise “The BTI Guide to Corporate Transactions for Law Firms", provide the most comprehensive analysis of the Corporate Transactions market ever presented to law firms.
The findings were based on more than 150 independent interviews with corporate counsel from Fortune 1000 companies who were probed on all aspects of law firm relationships and performances. In this particular survey, firms were also critiqued on the strength of their transactions practice in a variety of areas including Divestitures, Hostile Takeovers, Friendly Mergers, Private Equity, Private Acquisitions, Private Mergers and Leveraged Buy-Outs.
