Advisors and Mentors

We assign two attorneys to each summer associate to help guide him or her through the course of the summer with us.

Mentors

The Mentor Program helps summer associates make the transition from school to work. Mentors, usually new associates themselves, have not forgotten what summer associates experience. They answer questions, address concerns and support their summer associate personally and professionally.

Advisors

Advisors, partners with the firm, review and evaluate each written project when completed. Advisors also challenge our summer associates to become strategic thinkers, and help ensure that they gain experience in any particular areas of interest.
