Placement Agencies

Adams and Reese works with a select number of placement agencies in each of the markets where our offices are located. The firm has a contract in place with each of these placement agencies, which introduce candidates to us based upon our hiring needs. Working closely with a core group of placement agencies improves the firm’s ability to identify qualified candidate for open positions. We request that no placement agency transmit a name or candidate to us without first contacting Recruiting@arlaw.com, Legal Recruiting Manager.

Adams and Reese does not honor candidate introductions from placement agencies that do not have an established contract in place. Adams and Reese will pay a placement fee only to those agencies under contract with our firm at the time of the referral, and only names provided to Ms. Koppel directly will be considered properly referred to the firm.
