Our attorneys enjoy personal autonomy and first tier resources. We work with new associates, introducing them to all areas of our practice. We assign an advisor to each associate. Formal associate training includes encounters with members of the bench, consultants and our clients. We consider our new associates a ‘long term investment’ and we encourage them to view us the same way. We believe achieving success is a mutual endeavor and a shared experience.
