Craig Wilcox joined Adams and Reese in 2000 and serves on the firm’s Commercial Litigation and Product Liability teams. Craig’s clients include Fortune 500 companies in several major industries, including energy, oil and gas, transportation and restaurants. Craig is an experienced litigator who has served as first or second chair trial counsel in various federal, state, county and district courts in Texas.
His other significant contributions include:
- Extensive experience in commercial litigation involving breach of contract and director and officer liability.
- Employment litigation involving employment discrimination, wrongful termination, retaliatory discharge and covenants not to compete, as well as representing employers in administrative proceedings with the EEOC and Texas Workforce Commission.
- Defense of companies sued for personal injuries in a number of contexts, including motor carrier incidents of all varieties, premises liability, contractor liability and products liability.
- Toxic tort litigation involving exposure to asbestos and silica.
Craig earned his Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from South Texas School of Law and is active in the Texas Association of Defense Council and the Houston Bar Association. When he isn’t practicing law, Craig is often on the soccer field. He has played for 34 years and is currently in the Houston Football Association.
