Adams and Reese sponsored its 4th Annual “Wish List Shower” and luncheon benefiting Odyssey House on Friday, October 8, 2004, at the New Orleans office of Adams and Reese. During the luncheon, ten members of Odyssey House staff and two residents came to share their stories, and how through the support of Odyssey House and sponsoring corporations, they are turning their lives around. Attorneys and staff supplied various household items and toiletries for the Men’s House and Family Center, as well as a monetary donation. As a pleasant surprise, partners Robert A. Vosbein, Sr. and Mark Surprenant committed to purchasing a new basketball goal for the residents.
“Adams and Reese is happy to support the residents of Odyssey House,” said Vosbein. “They've faced many fears and overcome many obstacles. They are making great strides to better their own lives and the lives of their families, and we want to recognize and support their achievements.”
