Our Internet/E-Commerce Team has many years of combined experience in reviewing, negotiating, and drafting software licenses. We have also helped companies manage the process of software licensing from a revenue and sales standpoint, as well as trained and managed contract administrators for our software company clients. The industries in which we have represented clients on software license agreement matters include Internet and E-Commerce, music-related portals and websites offering digital downloads, financial tools and software, computer software, consumer electronics, and medical payor/payee claims software.
