Katie Wollfarth joined Adams and Reese in 2008 and is an Associate with the Litigation Practice Group in the New Orleans office. She enjoys a diverse practice, ranging in areas from medical malpractice to environmental toxic torts.
Katie earned her J.D. from Loyola University School of Law in 2008 where she served as a member of the Law Review Board as a Comment and Casenote Editor.
Her other achievements include:
Placing first overall in the Intellectual Property and Privacy Law Moot Court Competition at John Marshall University Law School.
Placing second overall in the National First Amendment Moot Court Competition at Vanderbilt University Law School.
Being selected for the Order of Barristers, and the St. Thomas More Inns of Court.
Being ranked in Who’s Who Among Students in American Universities and Colleges, as well as being awarded numerous scholarships and awards for her academic achievements.
In 2005, Katie earned her B.A. in Political Science and English from Tulane University, where she was a recipient of the Founders Scholarship. She was also inducted into Sigma Tao Delta English Honor Society and Pi Sigma Alpha Political Science Honor Society. In 2004, Katie spent a semester abroad at Royal Holloway, University of London, in England.
