Kevin Gieseke joined Adams and Reese in 2011 and is an Associate in the firm’s Houston office. His practice is wide-ranging and includes: representing companies in contractual, property damage, personal injury, and other corporate disputes, as well as in commercial transactions and corporate restructurings.
Kevin’s significant contributions include:
- Member of team representing Fortune 500 and Fortune 100 companies in the food and lending industries in the resolution of breach of contract cases and on other commercial matters.
- Member of a corporate transactions team responsible for several mergers, acquisitions, and conversions of closely held private corporations in the oil and gas, software technology, and storage industries.
- Member of a team representing a Chapter 11 Trustee in multi-million dollar bankruptcy restructurings and litigation.
- Representing large manufacturing companies in breach of contract, personal injury, premises liability, and other complex commercial disputes.
Kevin earned a Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from Louisiana State University, Paul M. Hebert Law Center in 2011, and he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English, summa cum laude, with a 4.0 GPA from Louisiana State University in 2007. While in law school, he served on the Louisiana Law Review as an associate editor and wrote two articles regarding arbitration in Louisiana. Kevin also completed the National Institute for Trial Advocacy Program and clerked at several law firms in Louisiana with regional presences in the Southern United States.
Outside of work, Kevin enjoys drawing and writing as well as spending time with his friends and family, particularly during LSU sporting events.
