Kyle Potts joined Adams and Reese in 2001 and is a Partner in the Litigation Group. Kyle focuses his practice on a variety of matters including maritime law, insurance defense, pharmaceutical matters, products liability and premises liability claims.
In addition to practicing law, Kyle is also active in the recruiting efforts of the firm. He serves on the Recruiting Committee and has served as the Summer Associate Program Coordinator for the New Orleans Office.
His significant contributions include:
- Being a part of numerous teams that handled mass or complex litigation matters.
- Representing pro bono clients in intra-family adoptions.
Kyle earned his Juris Doctorate from Loyola University School of Law and was selected to the Order of the Barristers for excellence in oral and written advocacy. He was also selected as a member of Loyola’s Moot Court National Team and argued at the Willem C. Vis International Moot Court in Vienna, Austria.
When not practicing law, Kyle can be found spending time with his wife and daughter. He admires his wife for the way she balances her professional and home life, plus finds time to volunteer. Although he admits to playing poorly, Kyle also enjoys the challenge of trying to improve his golf game when he has a chance.
