Mike Larkin is a member of the Corporate/Securities/Mergers and Acquisitions team. He practices primarily in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, public and private offerings of securities, joint ventures and strategic alliances, and corporate and securities law matters.
Mike represents companies in the oil and gas, health care, telecommunications, technology, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing and professional services industries. He has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions.
His experience includes:
- Representing clients in connection with both public and private offerings of securities, including initial public and follow on offerings, as well as the representation of public companies, underwriters and broker-dealers in SEC, FINRA and stock exchange compliance matters.
- Representing clients in connection with business transactions, including exchange offers, mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, and the issuance of securities in such transactions.
- Venture capital and start-up representation, corporate, limited liability company, and partnership formation, negotiation and formation of joint ventures and strategic alliances, the negotiation of commercial contracts and agreements and stockholder voting and corporate control matters.
Mike holds an MBA with a concentration in Finance. He is a member of the Association for Corporate Growth and Greater Houston Partnership.
