We have realistic expectations for new associates in transition from law school to the practice of law. The initial months include an introduction to our policies and protocols. Attorneys working with new associates provide regular feedback on projects and introduce them to our clients and our cases.
New associates at Adams and Reese enjoy a fast-paced partnership track. Associates are time-eligible for partnership consideration after six years of full-time practice of law and consistent with our firm policies and bylaws.
