IRS RELEASES NEW MODEL IRA FORMS
Recently, the IRS published model IRA forms (including Forms 5305-A, 5305-R, and 5305-RA) to incorporate statutory changes made by the Economic Growth and Tax Relief Reconciliation Act of 2001 ("EGTRRA") and to reflect the new, final required minimum distribution regulations. For a copy of the forms, go to the IRS website at www.irs.gov and type the desired form number in the "Search Forms and Publications" box.
