Nicholas Morisani joined Adams and Reese in 2009 as an Associate and provides assistance to attorneys in the Litigation and Special Business Services Groups in the Mobile office. Nicholas researches and evaluates legal questions, conducts depositions, drafts pleadings, and argues motions before both state and federal courts.
Nicholas received his Juris Doctorate from Mississippi College School of Law in May 2009. He graduated
cum laude, finished in the top 15 percent of his class, served as Chief Executive Editor of the Law Review and was a member of the Moot Court Board.
His other significant contributions include:
- Serving as an extern in the chambers of the Honorable Daniel P. Jordan III, United States District Court Judge for the Southern District of Mississippi.
- Winning the Dean Alton H. Harvey Award for the Best Brief in the Copeland, Cook, Taylor and Bush Moot Court Competition
- Earning American Jurisprudence Awards for Legal Analysis and Appellate Advocacy and serving as a Research Fellow while in law school.
In his free time, Nicholas is an avid runner and loves being on the water. Having recently moved back to the Mobile area, he looks forward to getting back into sailing.
