"How Confidential Is Your Mediation?" appeared in the October/November 2016 issue of Louisiana Bar Journal. The article provides an overview of current Louisiana and federal law addressing confidentiality in civil litigation and suggestions for ensuring mediations remain as confidential and protected as they can be.

The article appears in the May 25th, 2016 edition.
