Construction and Real Estate

The Adams and Reese Construction and Real Estate Litigation Practice Team includes representation of political subdivisions, municipalities, public utilities, developers, owners, buyers, sellers, lenders, architects, engineers, general contractors, and sub-contractors in construction and real estate litigation throughout the South. We have successful experience in prosecuting, defending, and consulting in all types of real estate and construction disputes at the local, state and federal court levels. Additionally, many of our attorneys serve as arbitrators and mediators. Some are also engineers who are trained in critical path scheduling. We also assist in negotiation of all types of real estate and construction contracts, and are very familiar with the standard real estate and AIA documents. We provide proactive advice and counsel to our clients to help them find practical business solutions to avoid distracting and costly litigation. We understand that our clients are not in business to litigate. When there is no other practical business solution available, we are capable and successful in arbitrating, mediating, and if necessary, litigating complex issues.
