Representative experience

In addition to our experience in litigation, our team members have assisted in the drafting and enactment of much of Louisiana's medical tort reform legislation. This work included effecting provisions dealing with the statute of limitations, informed consent, blood shield law, repeal of punitive damages legislation and legislatively overruling medical monitoring jurisprudence.
