Products Liability

The pervasive threat of product liability lawsuits requires manufacturers to access defense counsel that has the experience and resources to combat the growing tenacity of plaintiffs and their attorneys. Today's manufacturers require astute attorneys with the judgment to offer sound preventative advice, the experience to mount a strong legal defense and the resources to handle mass or multi-jurisdictional claims as efficiently as possible.

Adams and Reese's Products Liability Team has the experience, ability and locations to meet this criteria. Our team members have many years of experience successfully defending an impressive range of product manufacturers, distributors and retailers.

Our attorneys defend all types of products liability claims, serving as local, regional and national counsel in design, manufacture and sale of products claims. Team members are experienced in defending multidistrict litigation, complex/class action claims and mass tort litigation. We understand the sensitive nature of manufacturing and work diligently to preserve production and trade secrets and client confidentiality.

The Team includes attorneys with diverse levels of experience, who are able to provide prompt and efficient assistance to our clients for a full range of legal services, including consultation, negotiation, litigation, trial, appeal and arbitration. Our clients have access to all ten offices throughout the South Central United States and Washington, D.C. Because we are seamlessly integrated, we utilize the talents of all our attorneys regardless of office location or team assignments.

To efficiently manage our cases, we have assembled a repository of medical, scientific and technical information, as well as a network of highly respected consultants and experts.
