Robert Bonnaffons joined Adams and Reese in 1996 and is a Partner in the Litigation Group and serves on the Health Care Litigation team. Rob focuses his practice on general litigation, trucking casualty litigation, subrogation claims, landowner liability and the defense of professional liability and products liability claims.
Prior to joining Adams and Reese, Rob practiced with another New Orleans law firm for eight years, focusing on personal injury law, with an emphasis on insurance defense and domestic litigation.
His other significant contributions include:
- Being one of very few firm lawyers who has extensive experience in defending nursing home malpractice cases.
- Significant trial, mediation and arbitration experience in diverse areas.
- Being a First Chair Litigator - AV+® rated by Martindale Hubbell.
Rob is admitted to the United States District Court for the eastern and western districts of Louisiana, and the United States Supreme Court. He is a certified NITA Instructor.
When Rob isn’t practicing law, he enjoys spending time with his family, coaching kids in basketball and baseball and participating in triathlons.
