Thanks for your interest in us. We are the firm’s associate liaison partners, acting as an additional channel of communication between the partnership and our associates.
We are proud of our track record in training, mentoring, integrating and communicating within our associate ranks. Some partners joke that if they want to know what is going on at our firm, they should go to one of the associate meetings. It’s mostly true. We find that when associates know what is going on in their workplace, they are more comfortable in their practice. We therefore want our associates to know the issues facing the firm, to have a voice in addressing those issues, and to understand why the firm decided what it did.
We regard new associates as investments in the future and as future partners of the firm. We guide new associates through the day-to-day practice of law. Our new associates handle challenging work and gain valuable experience in the practice of law.
