Susan M. Finch joined Adams and Reese in 2010 following the firm's expansion into Tampa. Susan is a certified Land Planner with 21 years of experience in both the private and public sector in central Florida.
She practices in impact fee analysis, provides land use planning support in eminent domain cases and is qualified as an expert land planning witness, testifying before many local governmental bodies.
Susan's significant contributions include:
- Formerly the Impact Fee Manager for Hillsborough County.
- Former board member of the Tampa Code Enforcement Board. She has also held other Planning positions within Hillsborough County.
- Spent five years as a Land Use Planner for a private planning firm, which specialized in eminent domain cases.
In the community, Susan is a member of the Ye Loyal Krewe of Grace O'Malley, which is an all-female krewe that does charitable work in the Tampa Bay area as well as participating in Tampa's version of Mardi Gras known as Gasparilla. She is also a member of the Academy of the Holy Names Mothers Association.
In her spare time, she enjoys boating and being a mom to her two children.
