This is a cause about which she is extremely passionate. Yelp is a subsidiary of the Baton Rouge Area Foundation and works with East Baton Rouge Animal Control and Humane Society of Baton Rouge as the dog adoption arm.

Tracy is Baton Rouge-educated, earning her J.D. from the Paul M. Hebert Law Center of Louisiana State University in 1992, where she was on the Chancellor’s List. She also completed undergraduate studies at West Georgia College in Carrollton, Georgia, where she was selected for membership in Alpha Lambda Delta National Freshman Women's Honor Society and Phi Sigma Iota National Foreign Language Honor Society.

In her spare time, Tracy likes to spend time with family and friends, travel, snow ski and exercise.
