William “Bill” Brabec came to Adams and Reese in 2003 after serving as a litigation partner at an international commercial law firm. He leads the firm’s Business Litigation Group and Commercial Dispute Resolution Team and is the Senior Trial Attorney for the Jackson office. He oversees large and dangerous cases for commercial clients, including business and insurance concerns, in both state and federal courts. He is also a member of the firm’s Motor Carrier Emergency Response team.
Bill is known as a hard-nosed litigator, willing to take on the largest cases with confidence, but also as a mentor to younger litigation partners and associates interested in developing their full potential as trial attorneys. Understanding that his clients are in the business of making a profit, he tailors his cases to complement his clients’ objectives. Litigation is only one of the tools he can employ to deliver on his clients’ short-term and long-term business goals.
