Adams and Reese attorney Mark Beebe, who serves as a Partner in the Litigation practice group, was featured in the Law360 Competition Law Section with a Q&A about his legal practice, published on the Law360 web site on March 22nd.
Beebe discussed his most challenging cases, what aspects of competition and antitrust law practice are in need of reform, some important issues to his practice, and a mistake he made early in his career that he has learned from.
Beebe focuses his practice in the areas of antitrust, competition securities litigation, officers and directors duties, contractual obligations and business and contractual disputes. He advises clients on competition issues including non-competes, joint ventures and mergers and acquisitions. He has represented PepsiAmericas Inc., Core Laboratories, W.M. Barr & Company Inc., New Orleans Metropolitan Convention and Visitors Bureau Inc., and Marshall & Swift/Boeckh.
Beebe has appeared before the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, various federal district courts of Louisiana, Mississippi and Pennsylvania, and the state courts of Louisiana, Texas and the District of Columbia.
