Adams and Reese attorney Marrick Armstrong, a Litigation Partner in the firm’s Houston office, has been elected as a member of the Houston Bar Association’s Entertainment and Sports Law Section Council.
The Entertainment and Sports Law Section is a section within the Houston Bar Association and Consists of licensed attorneys throughout the greater metropolitan Houston Area and surrounding counties who practice entertainment, arts, media and sports law. Section members represent a wide variety of clients including entertainment companies, individual performers, artists, authors and athletes, entertainment and sports organizations, employers and employees, in both private and public sectors.
The purpose of the Entertainment and Sports Law Section is to promote and enhance the practice of law by all lawyers who specialize or have interest in entertainment, arts, media and sports law.
At Adams and Reese, Armstrong practices in the areas of products liability, casualty and coverage, and governmental relations. In addition to being an active member of the Houston Bar, he is involved with the Houston Lawyers Association, Asian Bar Association, Houston, Defense Research Institute, Hispanic Bar Association, Houston, Greater Houston Partnership, Mexican-American Bar Association, Houston, and Texas Association of Defense Counsel.
