Adams and Reese’s New Orleans office raised $11,650 for the Susan G. Komen New Orleans Affiliate as the law firm held a “Pink Day” Friday, October 25th, complete with a dress-down pink day, silent auction, live auction, luncheon, games, events for employees, and awards for “Best Pink Dressed Man” and “Best Pink Dressed Woman,” among others.

Adams and Reese Partner Frank Liantonio serves as the current President of the Komen New Orleans Chapter. Liantonio was named President in 2010 and has served as the Race for the Cure Co-Chair since 2007.

Adams and Reese thanks Oceana Grill, Koz’s, City Greens, Reginelli’s, Southern Hospitality and Creative Graphics for all of their generous donations and contributions to the Adams and Reese “Pink Day” luncheon, and also thanks to all the amazing donators of items for the silent and live auction.

Adams and Reese Pink Day Co-Chairs included Lisa Hedrick and the Pink Day Committee consisted of Courtney Miller, Jane Raiford, Janis van Meerveld, Jennifer Barriere, Meg Kaul, Dawn Guidry, Janine Millet, Kathy Dahlgreen, Lori DeForest, Nadine Pinell, Pat Touchet, Susan Jones, Shemeka Johnson and Teresa Lauga.

Susan G. Komen is a member of the Adams and Reese employee volunteer program, HUGS (Hope, Understanding, Giving, and Support), which for 25 years has devoted financial resources and thousands of volunteer hours to more than 200 community service organizations nationwide.
