Adams and Reese Partner Johnny Domiano, in the firm’s New Orleans office, has been named Chairman of the Jefferson Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors.
Domiano has served on the Chamber’s board since 2008 and recently served as Chairman-Elect in 2012. The Jefferson Chamber is one of the largest business organizations in the region, with the 67-member board directing more than 1,000 member businesses in the greater New Orleans region.
At Adams and Reese, Domiano is a Litigation Partner with his practice including commercial litigation, antitrust litigation and advice, D&O liability, securities litigation, franchise disputes, shareholder disputes, insurance and business interruption coverage, energy and maritime matters, products liability, general casualty and toxic tort.
Within the firm, Domiano has also assisted in unifying hiring practices and procedures across Adams and Reese offices as the Liaison Partner in charge of recruiting.
In the legal arena, Domiano is past vice-chair and chair of the ABA’s Admiralty and Maritime Law Committee.
In the community, he serves on the Board of Directors of Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Southeast Louisiana. He is a graduate of the Leadership Jefferson Class of 2008.
