Adams and Reese attorney Mindi Robinson, in the law firm’s Birmingham office, was selected into the 2013-2014 Class of MOMENTUM, Alabama’s premier executive women’s leadership program, which for more than 10 years has helped women business leaders assume higher leadership roles by providing knowledge and mentoring necessary to meet that challenge.

Through skills-based training and mentoring in a nine-month program, MOMENTUM helps build the capabilities of emerging Alabama women leaders by offering best practices for top-level managers. A one-to one mentoring program gives participants access to a pool of highly respected, experienced senior leaders for individualized problem-solving, as well as personal and professional development.

MOMENTUM selects 25 participants every year.
