Adams and Reese Partner Tom Clark has been elected Chair of The Committee of 100 for Economic Development, Inc., as the organization elected its officers for 2015 at its annual meeting December 4th, in Baton Rouge.
The Committee of 100 for Economic Development, Inc. (C100) is a private nonprofit, non-partisan organization whose membership includes more than 100 CEOs of leading private and public companies in Louisiana and University executives of Louisiana’s institutions of higher learning. C100 was created in 1992 to provide leadership and resources to bring about positive change in government, education and the economy to improve the quality of life for all the people of Louisiana.
At Adams and Reese, Clark serves on the firm’s New Orleans/Baton Rouge Development Team, Louisiana Office Strategic Planning Committee and the Recruiting Committee. He has been practicing law since 1990, focusing on complex commercial litigation and insurance regulatory dispute resolution, as well as filmed entertainment representation. He has represented a variety of interests in complex commercial disputes, including directors and officers and their insurers, accountants in contract and professional liability disputes and various insurance, reinsurance, excess and surplus lines entities.
