Tim Anzenberger and Richard Carmody penned the cover story for the March 2019 edition of the American Bankruptcy Institute Journal. 

Their piece, "Does the Bankruptcy Code Allow for Tiered Chapter 13 Plans?", covers the Bankruptcy Code's requirements for repayment plans, including tiered plans, noting that only 38.8 percent of Chapter 13 debtors complete repayment plans. "It is more likely that a Chapter 13 case will be dismissed or converted before those equal monthly payments begin or are satisfied," the authors state.
