The Adams and Reese New Orleans office donated $1,000 in school supplies and gift cards to Holy Ghost School and the Catholic Charities Archdiocese of New Orleans as part of the firm’s August HUGS Back to School Drive and luncheon held at One Shell Square.
Representatives from Holy Ghost and Catholic Charities attended the event to receive the donations.
Attorney and HUGS coordinator Katie Wollfarth and HUGS coordinator Nadine Pinell organized the successful drive and luncheon.
Adams and Reese will also volunteer on August 10th to work from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. in the Edible School Yard at Samuel J. Green Charter School on Valence Street in New Orleans.
The Adams and Reese employee volunteer program, HUGS (Hope, Understanding, Giving, and Support), for 25, years has devoted financial resources and thousands of volunteer hours to more than 200 community service organizations nationwide.
