GR Advisor MaryBeth Wilkerson Elected to Board of Association of Louisiana Lobbyists

Adams & Reese Government Relations Advisor MaryBeth Wilkerson joins the board of the Association of Louisiana Lobbyists (ALL). Established in 1989, Louisiana's only statewide group for the lobbying community elected Wilkerson at ALL’s 2025 Annual Conference, held Nov. 9-10 in New Orleans.
Association of Louisiana Lobbyists organization members are well-respected within the lobbying and government relations community throughout the state. ALL members are serious about their role in government affairs and committed to integrity and high ethical standards that enhance the professionalism of registered lobbyists within the state of Louisiana.
At Adams & Reese, Wilkerson is a GR Advisor in the national law firm’s Baton Rouge office. She works with businesses throughout Louisiana to navigate regulatory challenges across local, state, and federal governments, and connects clients’ interests and policy goals to further investment and growth.
Before joining Adams & Reese, Wilkerson was the Public Policy Manager for Alzheimer’s Association, where she was recognized by the Louisiana State Legislature for her advocacy work with the organization. Wilkerson is also a former Governmental Affairs Associate for The Louisiana State Medical Society, where among her accomplishments she recruited more than 250 contributors to the Louisiana Medical Political Action Committee (LAMPAC).
Wilkerson earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Information Sciences from The University of Alabama. There, she served as Student Government Director of Lobbying Affairs and received recognition for “Most Outstanding Member of the External Affairs Chamber.”
