Session 3 – Half-Way Review – Schedule Meeting with BDM/Mentor to Review and Discuss Plan

There are so many great individual resources at the firm, from our business development and marketing professionals to the Partners, Special Counsel, and those in firm leadership. We will provide you with resources to guide conversations with these different groups to assist you in reviewing and editing your business development plans and actions halfway through FY23. This month we also encourage you to reach out and schedule time with those lawyers at the firm who are in positions that you hope to be in down the road in your career.

Networking does not have to be what you think it is. Finally, the end of the year is the time for self-reflection and evaluation. We will be joined by firm leadership to discuss how associates should consider self-evaluations this year and what you should consider moving into FY24 in terms of your business development plans and how that plays a role in your path to partnership.
