I focus my practice on intellectual property litigation and counseling clients on matters involving trademarks, patents, copyrights, and rights of publicity.
Caitlin Smith works closely with clients from a variety of industries in her intellectual property practice, including those in the technology, consumer products, and entertainment industries. She is familiar with technologies such as consumer electronics, medical devices, industrial automation, and wireless communications software.
Caitlin represents clients in federal court litigation and arbitrations involving claims of trademark infringement, trade secret misappropriation, patent infringement, false advertising, and breach of contract.
