Clay Knowles has extensive experience representing clients in disputes and insurance claims involving construction defects, premises liability, catastrophic injuries, trucking accidents, and commercial litigation. Clay also represents insurers in first-party actions involving claims of bad faith, arson and fraud, and property damage.
Clay’s in-depth understanding of litigation and its impact on his clients’ businesses allows him to serve as a strong ally and advocate for his clients’ interests in complex matters. Clay relies on his knowledge and experience to help identify practical and profitable courses of action in any dispute, including pursuing cases through to trial.
In the courtroom, Clay combines his skill in evaluating claims with an aggressive approach to defending his clients. Clay has trial experience and has litigated in state and federal courts throughout Georgia.
In any type of litigation he handles, Clay works with clients and team members from the initial phases of a matter to its completion. Clay is experienced in handling depositions, hearings, and trials, along with drafting and arguing dispositive motions.
