I am dedicated to providing excellent legal services to my clients to advance their interests, and I strive to build long-lasting, personal relationships with them. I highly value communication, preparedness and organization. I am detail-oriented, and my experience in the judicial system bolsters my legal insight and litigation practice.

Hope Del Rio focuses her practice on advising employers and managers of business and defining their interests in litigation. She works with clients including energy and oil and gas companies, healthcare organizations, financial institutions, Fortune 500 companies, retailers, public entities, nonprofits, state agencies, private universities, charter schools, start-ups and technology companies.

Her experience includes representing employers in wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment and retaliation suits; counseling companies in commercial disputes; the enforceability of non-competition and non-solicitation agreements and derivative suits; and advising employers on compliance with federal and state law.

While attending law school at Loyola University in New Orleans, Hope served as Chair of the Loyola Moot Court Executive Board and was an oralist and brief writer for the National Constitutional Criminal Procedure Moot Court Team. In addition, she was a member of the Journal of Public Interest Law.
