M. Roxana Rudolph

I have experience in various areas of civil litigation, with a primary focus on complex commercial and financial services litigation, products liability, and medical malpractice defense.

Prior to joining Adams and Reese, M. Roxana (“Roxy”) Rudolph completed a yearlong judicial clerkship for the Honorable Camille R. McMullen of the Tennessee Court of Criminal Appeals. In this role, Roxy assisted Judge McMullen in reviewing trial court records and drafting appellate court opinions and orders. Roxy had previously served the judiciary as an extern for United States Magistrate Judge Diane Vescovo of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Tennessee and as a part-time legal research assistant to the Honorable Vicki Cobb of Mississippi Chancery Court, Part III. In these positions, Roxy assisted in trial preparation and in the drafting of court orders and opinions.

While a law student, Roxy served as Senior Articles Editor for the Memphis Law Review Vol. 45, as a representative of the Student Bar Association, and as a Law School Student Ambassador. She received numerous academic awards as a law student, including CALI Awards in Constitutional Law and Voting Rights and Election Law, as well as awards for Best Memorandum and Oral Advocacy. In addition, Roxy was a member of the Association of Women Attorneys, the Health Law Society, and Phi Alpha Delta, and she served on the Executive Council of the UM’s student Federal Bar Association and was a research assistant for Professor Amy Campbell. As an undergraduate, Roxy was inducted into the Order of Omega, the National Society of Collegiate Scholars and the Golden Key National Honor Society.

Roxy earned her J.D. with honors from the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law along with a Health Law Certificate.
